This show reflects a new generation that wants to be free, to choose its own path, while still trying to make its parents proud. Julien Vinh proudly embodies the Marseille-born, city-centre kid with blue hair, a melodic accent, and a love for OM, whom you may already know from social media (“Por de ban?”).
However, the themes he explores are more serious: his family, his faith, his engineering studies… Crown is therefore the story of his life, from childhood to his decision to leave everything behind to pursue his passion: stand-up comedy.
