More than just a show, Voyage is a sensory odyssey, a celebration of the world and its wonders, carried by the timeless spirit of cabaret. Menu Aperitif: A glass of sparkling wine and the chef’s amuse-bouche Appetizer Smoked salmon cannelloni, dill and lemon mousse, with a delicate pink peppercorn jelly. Main Course Truffle-scented yellow chicken supreme, gratin dauphinois, and a creamy Noilly-Prat sauce. Dessert Dark chocolate lava cake, vanilla ice cream, and red fruit coulis. Beverages (1/4 bottle of wine* per person—still and sparkling water)
