Nature and mountains week.
Monday July 26: From 10:00 am: Edelweiss treasure hunt. Afternoon: Your nature stencil: Create a photo stencil and decorate a butterfly.
Tuesday, July 27: Morning: Decorating a bird feeder: Personalize your feeder and create a little refuge for birds.
Afternoon: Making a herbarium: Learn how to identify and preserve mountain plants. Each participant creates a personalized herbarium with leaves and flowers collected.
5:00 pm: Lunch in the Alpine pastures.
Wednesday July 28: Morning: 9am: Phototrap outing with a Mercantour National Park ranger: Explore the mountains with an expert to observe the local fauna.
Afternoon: Clay and forests workshop: Create your own nature prints in clay! Leaves, flowers and small natural elements will be your tools to make unique creations to take home.
Thursday, July 29: Morning: Land art: Create ephemeral works using only natural mountain elements: leaves, branches, stones and flowers.
Afternoon: Watercolor workshop with Parc du Mercantour.
Friday July 30: 10:30 am: Musical workshop: The sounds of the mountain: Listen and try to recognize the sounds of the mountain, stream, storm, howling etc....
Afternoon: Chamois challenge: Test your knowledge of mountain fauna as a family, Mercantour times up, fauna memory, mystery box etc...
In parallel, the "Envie d'ailleurs en montagne" film festival will be held from July 29 to 31, with a selection of films devoted to the mountains, adventure and wide-open spaces.
