Seaside pétanque tournament in Carro from Saturday, July 18 to Tuesday, July 21: triplet and doublet competitions every afternoon, €1,500 in prize money, and consolation tournaments open to all. Register at the fairground center.

Every afternoon during the Carro Festival, pétanque matches take place right by the water on the Carro harbor waterfront. From Saturday, July 18 to Tuesday, July 21, the region's top players and amateurs alike gather for a series of competitions featuring a total prize pool of €1,500. The schedule includes "triplette" (teams of three) competitions on Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday, and "doublette" (teams of two) competitions on Monday; each day features both a main tournament and a consolation tournament open to players who did not qualify for the main event. Matches are played in the early afternoon by the water, facing the harbor boats, amidst a quintessentially Provençal atmosphere. Registration takes place on-site at the center of the fairground, with entry fees tailored to each format (€10 per team of three for triplettes, €6 per team of two for doublettes). A refreshment stand run by the Festival Committee offers reasonably priced drinks, reflecting the friendly spirit of this village festival that is open to everyone.
