A welcoming spot designed for good times and the pleasure of getting together.
A programme and facilities centred on conviviality and sharing: background music, handmade structures, barrels, cushions, dry toilets…
Local produce also takes centre stage: charcuterie from Maussane by Frédéric Lautier (Ganadéria François André), poultry and bull terrine, caillettes, fresh cheeses from Manon and Nathalie (from Maussane and Paradou respectively), specialities from the Jean-Martin cannery, raw vegetables… soft drinks and beers from the Alpilles, and of course the wines produced on the estate (dry whites, sweet whites, reds from the Alpilles…)
