A highlight of Fragrant Encounters 2026, the Scented Dinner offers a unique sensory experience at the Magic Mirror in Istres.

For this exceptional evening, chefs Emmanuel Perrodin and Jonathan Contant (Le Pilon, Istres) have crafted a unique menu for 120 guests, inspired by the world of aromas and fragrances. Alongside visual artist Félix Lemarchal, the chefs invite guests on a true journey through scents and flavors, where culinary art and olfactory creation interact to awaken the senses, memories, and imagination.
