Discovery tour of Fort des Salettes-World Heritage Site, in the company of guide-lecturers and soldiers from the Royal Scots Regiment.

The association "Les Régiments du Passé" joins Briançon to take you back in time to the time of King Louis XV. During this guided tour, you will discover the Fort des Salettes and meet the soldiers of the Royal Scottish Regiment garrisoned in the fort. The soldiers will introduce you to military life at the time. The tour includes a 25-minute climb up a stony path, giving you one of the prettiest views of Briançon and the fortified barrier. Duration: 2h30 RDV: Service du Patrimoine - Porte de Pignerol - Briançon, Cité Vauban Please allow time for travel and parking if the tour is to start on time. The guide reserves the right to cancel or interrupt any tour if necessary for the safety of visitors. Tours are available for groups of 2 or more. There is no public water or toilet in the fort. Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for the mountains Tickets are sold on site.
