Meet the sheep, the forest... and the wool! Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Plateau Lambert: a guided walk accessible to all, a country-style meal with local flavours and an immersion in the world of pastoralism.

On the programme for this day in the Maures massif: - Guided and commented hike, departing from the Croix d'Anselme at 10am for 6km of easy ascent. Country-style meal prepared by a local chef. (Starter, main course, dessert + coffee/tea included) Local lamb or vegetarian option. - Meet the flock and its shepherd. Discover how wool is worked: from raw fleece to weaving, small wool market. - Accompanied return to the vehicles (6km easy ascent) Booking essential.
