Ginasservis Animal Park

In the heart of Provence Verte, the PAG, or Parc Animalier de Ginasservis (Ginasservis Animal Park), welcomes children and their parents who can discover different species of pets. On a route comprising more than two kilometers of paths, you can observe Corsican sheep, camels, dromedaries, yaks and zebus.

Animals in the park

The Ginasservis Animal Park welcomes pets from all over the world. You will be able to travel in Africa, to meet camels, dromedaries, Watusi, or zebus. The water buffalo used notably as a beast of burden in the rice fields, and the yak which lives in the valleys of the Himalayas offer you a detour to Asia. The park also makes you travel to South America, on the Andes Mountains, to meet llamas and alpacas. There is also an aviary where you can find rose-ringed parakeet from Asia and Africa.

Other more familiar animals await you. The Corsican sheep, with their long-curved horns, are famous for their milk, which produces tasty cheeses. Donkeys cohabit with sheep, cows, pigs, American pygmy goats and rabbits.

Children’s paradise!

Everything is done here to delight the children. The Ginasservis Animal Park also offers pony rides for children. They can thus discover the park in a different way and sometimes experience their first horse ride perched on the back of gentle and docile ponies.

Children from 3 to 10 years old can also discover the Ginaparc, an amusement park with several bouncy castles. The Ginaparc has its own entrance, independent of the zoo.

Catering and accommodation

The snack bar and grill l’Endroit offers on-site catering with tasty grilled food, as well as a snacking area where burgers, paninis and sandwiches await you.

You can also stay at the Hôtel Les Salons du Bastier, in the heart of the animal park, and take advantage of an offer offering accommodation, half-board and access to the zoo and farm.

Things to see / do nearby

Ginesservis is situated on the edge of the Verdon Natural Regional Park, a paradise for nature enthusiasts and lovers of wide-open spaces. You can swim in the lakes of Esparron or Sainte-Croix, or take advantage of water activities, walk up the Verdon Gorges, go hiking, horse riding, climbing and enjoy many other outdoor activities.
