Farmers, brewers and breeders, Valérie Chapot and Stéphane Maillard started the La Storia adventure with just 4 cows! Today, they specialize in the production of Salers veal and beef, with a herd of 25 head. While cattle rearing is an important part of the business, barley growing and processing are not forgotten. Appreciated for their diversity, La Storia beers are brewed on site at 1100 m altitude.
