Domaine des Alpilles is the result of a meeting between 5 wine enthusiasts and a young winemaker on an exceptional terroir of white rock, intense sunshine and impetuous winds. Here, authenticity, high standards, a passion for a job well done and respect for the environment guide every action. Nestling in Aureille, in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park, the estate covers 18 hectares, with 300 olive trees, 600 truffle oaks and 12 hectares of vines in production. Committed to organic farming since its creation, it is from this fabulous clay-limestone terroir with its rounded pebbles that Justine Dublé, an experienced winemaker and pupil of Eloi Dürrbach, cultivates 10 selected grape varieties with passion and exacting standards: some are singular, others are intimately linked to the terroir. Once blended, they produce a red, a white and a rosé. The Domaine des Alpilles also produces a limited quantity of mature olive oil, an emblematic crop of Provence. Between modernity and authenticity, this exceptional haven of peace draws all its aromatic richness from nature to create gastronomic, balanced and elegant wines. The Domaine des Alpilles offers tours: - Tasting in the cellar: Throughout the year, learn about the history of our estate during a guided tasting of our flagship vintages Free for individual visitors, chargeable for groups of 6 or more. - Gourmet food and wine tour (2h): Immerse yourself in the heart of the estate - take a guided tour of the vineyards and cellar, followed by a guided tasting, accompanied by a charcuterie and cheese platter Charges apply for groups of 4 or more, booking 48 hours in advance.
