Certified organic since 1998, the Potagérôme farm takes care of its soils with compost made on site, and cultivates without chemical inputs. Its vegetables are sold in ultra-short circuits - local markets, AMAP and direct sales at the farm - to limit transport and maintain a bond of trust between the producer and local residents.
