One of Luberon smallest winegrowers cooperative. The small winegrowers cooperative, often rewarded in agricultural contests, offers a wide range of wines.

Le Temps des Sages is one of the smallest cooperative wineries in the Luberon, but its reputation makes it one of the benchmark producers in the Regional Nature Park.
To unite their efforts to produce the very best, the winegrowers of Cabrières-sur-Aigues have formed a Groupement d'Interêt Économique et Environnemental (GIEE). The aim is to limit the impact of phytosanitary products on the environment, and preserve the ecosystem and water resources throughout the terroir. As a result, they offer some fine PDO and PGI cuvées bearing the Valeurs Parc label, some of which are certified HVE or Vegan, such as "Le Temps des Valeurs", "Le Temps des Plaisirs" and "Le Temps de la fête"... Here, there's a time for everything, and moments for every color.
