Sophie and Bertille have their hands in the earth, Stéphane in the flour... The 3 of them have in common their attachment to the Champsaur, this land of hedged farmland in the heart of the Écrins. They also share the same desire to cultivate the subtle tastes that nature has to offer. From this alchemy was born Légumontagne, a market-gardening operation based in Ancelle, at 1300 m altitude. Naturally oriented towards organic farming, these farmers at heart offer a wide variety of flavorful vegetables and fruit. The icing on the cake is the art of baking! After baking, Stéphane transforms products from the fields into tarts, pies or shortbread, depending on inspiration... A mouth-watering showcase of local produce.
