Amandes de Villedieu are organically grown by Jonathan Fauque. They are carefully grown locally, respecting nature and the rhythm of the seasons.
Production includes two French varieties: Mandaline, with its mild taste, and Lauranne, with its stronger flavor. Each has its own characteristics, offering a diversity that is appreciated for both natural tasting and culinary uses.
Amandes de Villedieu are available at the Villedieu Buisson winery and at Les Caves des Collines in Vaison-la-Romaine, or by appointment.
