A small farm in Eygalières, in the heart of the Alpilles, l'Olivette produces organically. Two AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence organic olive oils: an intense, fiery green fruity, and a smooth, complex black fruity.
L’Olivette has been practicing organic olive farming for twenty years as a small family-run farm in Eygalières, in the heart of the Alpilles. By reviving abandoned olive groves, clearing the land and planting young olive trees, we maintain and shape the Provençal landscape. True to the tradition of its location, north of the Alpilles, L’Olivette is characterized by its use of the queen of the AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence, the Aglandau olive variety, delivering an exceptional freshness, intensity, and a remarkable richness in polyphenols.
Our two organic olive oils are produced with deep respect for the land and for its emblematic symbol of the Mediterranean world, the olive tree. They are the intense and peppery "Fruité Vert" and the smooth and complex "Fruité Noir".

Discover the world of olive oil through a free tasting experience, full of immersive interactions and aromatic sensations at L'Olivette.
