SALES BY APPOINTMENT AT THE ESTATE / ONLINE SALES VIA THE WEBSITE Since 1877, the CITI family has been upholding Provençal traditions and the age-old culture of olive growing, producing a flavour that is unrivalled and unique to the Alpilles region. The olive groves, situated at the foot of the Château des Baux-de-Provence, are organically farmed, and the produce carries the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence AOP designation. Gilles Citi welcomes you directly to his farmhouse in Maussane-les-Alpilles, by appointment only. Come and discover our olive oils, first-press and cold-pressed: Green Fruity (herbal flavour), Traditional Black Fruity (flavour of candied olives and tapenade). The AOP olives are harvested by hand and then processed into products such as cracked olives and tapenades... In addition, Le Mas de Cayol produces and sells almonds from the estate, and makes 100% natural, pure olive soaps.
