The Ollier mill in Barbentane passionately produces generous 100% natural extra virgin oils from olives harvested in Provence and the AOC Provence appellation area.
The shop offers olive in all its forms: kitchen, cosmetics, dishes, bookstore, objects, plants... You can taste the products of the mill.
Jean-Roch Ollier cultivates his own olive trees on 7 hectares and nearly 1,400 people deposit their olives at the mill to extract the precious nectar.
For 16 years, this passionate producer has been rewarded every year for his expertise. A feat that highlights an exclusivity of our terroir: the Broutignan olive, recently become organic, which grows exclusively on the Montagnette and the Moulin à Huile de Barbentane has been fighting for years to save and highlight this olive.
