The festival kicks off on Saturday evening with fireworks provided by local restaurants and a whole Sunday dedicated to the Haut-Var black diamond on the occasion of the 33nd anniversary of this festival.

5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: Preserved truffle market and demonstration of truffle hunting with dogs followed by fireworks.
SUNDAY, JANUARY 25, 2026
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Provençal dances by Lou Pebre Dai.
10:00 a.m.: Opening of the 33rd Aups Black Truffle Festival and of the local produce market and food court.
* From 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.: Demonstration and tasting session No. 1 by the Toques Blanches: Scallop caillette with Aups truffles - €10 per person, advance registration at the Maison de la Truffe d'Aups
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: free visit to the Maison de la Truffe museum (€3.50 per adult, €9 for families of 2 adults + 2 children under 18). Admission limited to 25 people per hour, meet at the top of every hour: 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m. Visit duration limited to 1 hour.
10:15 a.m.: demonstration of truffle hunting with pigs and dogs.

11:15 a.m.: Giant scrambled eggs prepared by the World Giant Omelette Brotherhood.
From 11:30 a.m.: Truffle-based and other menus available for tasting in the village restaurants. Reservations strongly recommended - Food trucks will be available for eating in, with tables and chairs set up next to the fountain, in front of the town hall, or for takeaway (no reservation required).
12:00 p.m.-12:30 p.m.: Blessing of truffle farmers and animals in front of the Collegiate Church of St. Pancras.
12:30-1:00 p.m.: auction of the market's finest truffles to benefit the Collegiate Church of Aups.
Starting at 2:00 p.m.: demonstration of sheepdogs with sheep and geese.
3:30 p.m.: demonstration of pig and dog truffle hunting and introductory game to truffle hunting.
4 p.m.: conference on truffles by Mr. Jean-Luc Benard, nurseryman specializing in truffle trees (Town Hall council chamber).
