A weekend of discovery and improvement in ski touring and snowshoeing, with specific workshops and itineraries around the Sauze resort, in a friendly and festive atmosphere in keeping with the spirit of the Alpine Club.
The Grand Parcours Ubaye is aimed at all those who are comfortable on downhill skis and want to discover ski touring, as well as beginners looking to become more independent.
Open to all, with or without a licence, aged 14 and over.
Come and visit
- Discover ski touring, an alternative to downhill skiing as part of the mountain transition,
- Improve your skiing skills through specific, fun workshops and adapted itineraries,
- Share the friendly, festive atmosphere that is part of the ‘Alpine Club spirit’.
Over a day or weekend
- Two snow sports: ski touring and snowshoeing.
- A ‘family pack’ offer: come and enjoy the experience as a family, while joining separate groups (adults and young people)
- Different levels of ability, with learning and itineraries to suit everyone
- Small groups of the same level
- Use of ski lifts in addition to sealskins to reduce the effort required to climb and go as far as possible
- A dozen itineraries starting from the resort, with ascents of 400 to 1000 m and descents of 600 to 1900 m.
