Description
"Dans La Cuisine" is a welcoming space, a community restaurant, a venue for events,
social gatherings, and pre-professional training, promoting entrepreneurship among women in the catering industry and serving as a training center.
The Petit à Petit association, founded in 2001, develops and supports concrete projects and operates a training organization to promote cooperation.
It carries out a large part of its activities at the Griffeuille cooperative kitchen: the SCIC “Cuisine coopérative d’Arles,” which it created in 2019 with various
partners. It is a welcoming space in the heart of Griffeuille’s QPV (priority neighborhood). Three pillars underpin this kitchen: a solidarity-based cafeteria called “La Cuisine des Lundis” / a program of social and cultural workshops for residents / support for women caterers as they launch their businesses—women who have completed the “Des Etoiles et Des Femmes” culinary training program
