Description
Nestled between hill and river in the terroir of the Côtes de Provence appellation, Domaine des Ondes produces organic, living wines.
Artisan winemakers newly settled in the Var, Florent and Alix have taken over the former Domaine de la Marseillaise and renamed it Domaine des Ondes: 4.5 ha of vines grown organically and biodynamically, with a variety of grape varieties including Vermentino, Viognier, Floréal, Syrah, Merlot, Marselan, Grenache and Artaban.
Their work is in keeping with a viticulture that respects the living world and a vinification that is as natural as possible, seeking to accompany the wine rather than constrain it.
