Description
Oyster and mussel farmers in Tamaris Bay, in the Var department. Yannick and Valérie sell their seafood directly to the public and have a terrace where you can enjoy it.
Producers of rope-grown oysters and mussels in Tamaris Bay at La Seyne-sur-Mer in the Var. Direct sales and on-site tasting of our shellfish farmed in the Mediterranean Sea.
Our oysters are characterised by their plump flesh and firm base, revealing delicate nutty flavours.
We are proud to offer you our seafood from our family-run farm in the Var, where an environment exceptionally rich in phytoplankton guarantees high-quality products, combining traceability, freshness and authenticity.
We carry on the expertise of our forebears by attaching our spat (young oysters) one by one by hand.
Thanks to our experience and expertise, we are writing our own story by combining tradition and modernity.
