The beaches of the Promenade du soleil

In front of the casino, west of the old village, several beaches follow one another along the Promenade du Soleil.

The beach of Borrigo is made up of pebbles. It offers a beautiful width and seduces by its easy access.

The Casino de Menton beach, mainly composed of large pebbles, has an access ramp for people with reduced mobility. Swimming is supervised during the season, making it a place suitable for families. You will find sanitary facilities and showers on site, as well as restaurants nearby.

The beach of the Marché de Menton is wider, and more comfortable with smaller pebbles. Various handicapped accesses have been arranged. Swimmers can find showers, toilets, as well as a first-aid station for supervised bathing during the season.

The beach of Fossan is non-smoking. It is located near the Jean Cocteau museum and is bordered by a large wooden esplanade that can also accommodate sunbathers. Swimming is supervised in summer.

Near the Vieux-Port

Les Sablettes stretch over nearly 350 meters. It is certainly the most beautiful of the beaches of Menton, as it offers a beautiful view of the mountains of the Southern Alps and the colorful houses. It is bordered by the Promenade de la Mer, redeveloped in 2019. The swimmers can swim in the Mediterranean in complete safety, thanks to the presence of a first aid post, and enjoy many amenities: restaurants, toilets, showers…

The Rondelli beach has nothing to envy to its sister beach in terms of panorama: the view on the old town is striking. The public part is made of sand. This place is perfectly adapted to families, with its pedestrian surroundings, its first-aid station, its amenities (toilets, showers…).

On the Reine Astrid Promenade

The beach of the Dogs, as its name suggests, is reserved for our best friends. Swimming is not supervised, but you can enjoy the joys of swimming with your dog. Showers are available for your (and his) comfort.

The Hawaiian beach, only a kilometer from Italy, is wilder and narrower. Not very suitable for families, it is also less crowded. Showers are available on site.
