The easily accessible Plage de la Gravette is located below the historic heart of the town and close to the Vauban port. Surrounded by ancient ramparts, it offers a remarkable view of the tip of Cap d’Antibes. It is equipped with a first-aid post and offers supervised swimming.

Ponteil beach benefits from the Handiplage label, allowing people with disabilities to enjoy the pleasures of a day in the sun, with their feet in the water. Equipped with a lifeguard station, lifeguards, showers and sanitary facilities, it offers a large shallow area and is perfectly adapted to children.

Wild coves of Cap d’Antibes

The Cap d’Antibes is dotted with numerous coves and small secret beaches. These out-of-the-world places will offer you the peace and quiet you will find hard to find on the great beaches of Antibes. You will be able to bathe there, but also to practice scuba diving, to discover the remarkable seabed of the Mediterranean Sea.

Most of these wild beaches and coves do not offer any amenities and a first-aid post. Swimming is therefore generally unsupervised.

Do you want to enjoy the Cap d’Antibes in the best conditions of comfort and safety? La Garoupe beach is supervised in season. It offers many amenities: restrooms, shower, mattress rental, restaurants…
