• By car: From the Heritage Department, Cité Vauban, take avenue Baldenberger, then left to join avenue de la Libération and then avenue de la République. At the bottom of the hill, at the first roundabout, go straight ahead and at the next roundabout, turn left into Avenue du Général de Gaulle. At the next roundabout, turn left and left again at the end of the road, then immediately right at the roundabout towards the Col d'Izoard. Drive through the hamlet of Fontchristiane. A few hundred metres after the exit sign for the hamlet, take the road on the left, in the bend just before the waste centre.
  Caution: reduced visibility, dangerous crossing. Continue on the road as it climbs through the fortifications. You will pass the entrance to Communication Y, you can park nearby.
